When most people hear the words "metabolic freedom" - they think of being able to fast with ease - being lean - being able to effortlessly lose weight - and not being chained to the scale or a particular diet.

Sounds awesome - right? Well - its definitely the thing I coach people on in my Leptin Program & teach about here in the newsletter when it comes to understanding how to strategically use light - eat seasonally & fast occasionally when needed.

However - the one aspect that often gets overlooked (and can hold people back THE MOST) - is the mindset shift needed to create sustainable change.

I am convinced that this is the reason why I see people lose weight & gain it back quickly......and the reason why I lost 100 pounds 3 times - and continued to struggle for years.
