These injuries hide as mood, sleep, and focus problems for years....

And I'm not doing this again until January! Don't miss out!

Two things (one is super time sensitive)

Hey Reader,

First - if that headline caught your eye - keep reading. I think this could be one of the most important episodes I have recorded & I want to make sure it reaches the right people.

Second - After this round, I'm not opening Coaching again until mid January!

I need to take some real time off to attend to family, and when I run these sessions, I pour everything into them so every single person gets what they need (and we have 17 live calls - which typically go for around 2 hours each).

If you've been thinking about working with me & getting a plan to help you finish your year strong, this is your window, and it closes fast.

To see what the program includes - watch the info session here!

We start next Monday & your next chance after that isn't until January.

If you've been on the fence for a few rounds, or you're tired of piecing your health together alone and you want real support and eyes on your specific situation, this is your moment.

I want to share what Alison told me, because I think a lot of you will see yourselves in it:

One more thing before you go, and I can't overstate this one:

If you have a child or a grandchild who plays sports, any sport, even soccer, please hear me on this. Kids and athletes take head impacts far more often than we realize, and soccer absolutely counts, heading the ball, collisions, hitting the ground. Those hits add up.

Here's what almost nobody connects: Those impacts can show up later as struggles with cognition, focus, mood, sleep, and behavior. And because no one links it back to the sport, it goes undiagnosed and unchecked. The kid gets called anxious, or difficult, or a bad sleeper, and the actual cause is never looked at. It can quietly get worse for years.

My guest Dr Larry Carr is what unchecked looks like at the far end. He's a former collision-sport athlete with a PhD in exercise physiology who was diagnosed with significant brain damage in 2010, and it took him all the way to being suicidal before his brain injury was taken seriously.

The hopeful part is what he found on the other side & he is here trying to spread this message and help!

This is the conversation every sports parent deserves to be having before their kid is struggling, not after. YouTube has been suppressing this episode and barely sending it out, so I'm bringing it straight to you. Please listen, and please share it with a parent or grandparent who needs it.

Thank you for being here, truly.

xx Sarah

PS. Blueprint closes this Sunday, August 23, and we start Monday the 24th. After this round I won't be running it again until January, so if you want in, now is the time. Just hit reply with any questions!

Enjoy the rest of your day,
