The real reason I ditched the wearables (especially AirPods)

For years, AirPods were my constant companion, and I heavily relied on them to help me get my cleaning & housework done - workouts completed & even get to sleep at night!

But in 2021 - trying to get pregnant became a heartbreaking journey of multiple miscarriages. It made me question EVERYTHING, including those little earbuds in my ears.

That's when I started seriously researching the potential effects of non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation (EMR) – the kind emitted by cell phones and wireless devices – on fertility.

What I found was unsettling. Study after study hinted at a link between EMR exposure and problems with female reproduction. Damage to eggs, disrupted cycles, hormonal imbalances… the list of potential issues was alarming. It all pointed to EMR potentially impacting everything from ovulation to implantation.

However - the message in the mainstream was still "non-ionizing radiation is completely safe"......and many "experts" were quick to dismiss my concerns.

At that point - I decided that I needed to take control to eliminate as many potential obstacles as possible.

So, I made a change. I ditched the AirPods. It felt symbolic, a small step in a much larger effort to prioritize my health and, hopefully, improve my chances of conceiving and carrying a healthy pregnancy. It wasn't just about the AirPods; it was about taking a mindful, conscious approach to my health overall.

This wasn't a quick fix; and I also changed my light environment, nutrition strategy, implemented regular grounding, strategic cold therapy & red light therapy. (This was actually how my 21 Day Leptin Program was "born")

But the result was a 30 pound weight loss & THEN a full term healthy pregnancy with my son James (who is almost 2-1/2 now!).

I'm still learning about EMF reduction strategies, and I'll be sharing what I discover along the way. If you want to learn more about ways to protect yourself from EMF exposure - click here to sign up for the FREE EMF Hazards Summit.

By overwhelming response of YES - I have complied the list of "low toxin" clothing & makeup recommendations that were submitted by my community over on Instagram!

I put all of this into a pretty PDF that you can download when you click here!

Note that "low-tox" is truly a subjective term, and the level of scrutiny regarding ingredients varies among individuals. Always check individual product labels for specific ingredient information!

I will be testing out some of these brands myself & investigating them further - so stay tuned!
