As the UV index rises & the days get longer here in the Northern Hemisphere - there are more and more conversations about sunlight exposure & health on social media.

A common conversation I hear when it comes to sunlight exposure is that "more is better"...........and after working with thousands of people through my courses, private community - and 1:1 clients - I see this information causing confusion - and in some cases- harm.

One important distinction to make with information online is that there are a lot of researchers - who are posting great information about scientific studies/data, but they haven't actually tested the information on a large sample size of people to see how practical the research truly is.
