⁉️ here’s the protocol I use - backed by a study that came out 3 days ago! Replay for hormone webinar also inside!

First direct human evidence that sunlight applied to peripheral body sites (e.g., chest) can improve visual function!
We've been told that sunlight is damaging to the eyes over and over again - but a study released this week just proved the opposite, and your chest might be the key.
Today I want to share a new study with you & include my personal protocol for healthy eyes this summer (as well as a link to that cool new study).

A brand new July 2025 study published in Scientific Reports just proved what many of us in the Circadian/Quantum world already knew.....there are systemic benefits to sunlight (particularly with eyesight).
Meaning: When you apply red & infrared light to one part of the body - you see benefits elsewhere.
Researchers applied natural sunlight (rich in near-infrared wavelengths) to the chest of human subjects - while their eyes were shielded.
Here's a breakdown of the study:
- Subjects exposed their chest to natural sunlight, specifically the longer wavelengths (760- 850nm range).
- Their eyes were fully shielded, ruling out direct retinal stimulation.
- Despite this, they experienced measurable improvements in vision - likely due to systemic mitochondrial signaling triggered by near-infrared light.
- The authors concluded that light can act non-locally in the body -traveling through circulatory or neuroendocrine pathways to reach the retina.
This confirms what circadian and quantum biologists have long said: Your mitochondria read light - and communicate across systems
My personal protocol for vision & mitochondrial support:
Here’s exactly how I use sunrise light and red light for optimal eye health in the morning:
1. Sunrise Light (Always First)
I use MyCircadianApp to tell me when to catch sunrise light daily - when red and near-infrared wavelengths are available without UV light.
- Just 10-20 minutes on the skin, especially chest and face, can prime your mitochondria and improve vision.
2. Red Light Therapy for an extra boost
- When I have time - I view sunrise first & then use a 660–850nm red/NIR panel (code SARAH20) for ~5- 10 minutes on my chest or upper back.
- Mitochondria see huge benefits around sunrise time when exposed to these wavelengths of light & this is especially potent for eyesight (click here for a podcast on this)
3. Methylene Blue (Targeted Support - optional)
Backed by clinical data: Walter-Sack et al., 2009; Wen et al., 2011; Rojas et al., 2012; Jeffery et al., 2025.
