Happy Valentine's Day! Now before I share these recipes I'll be honest that I won't be cooking a darn thing today πŸ˜….

It's been a bit of an eventful - busy week in my home, and my treat to myself will be leaning into my winter self care routines a bit more (click here to read the article from Tuesday that shares more if you missed it).

Think warm magnesium bath - red light therapy - sauna - hydrogen inhalation & a 9pm bedtime (sounds like a blast - right? πŸ˜‚).

Valentine's Day is all about romance, but I think the most important "romance" you can have is the one with yourself and your health (and that's where I am here to support you).
