So I posted about three things I've changed my mind on lately, and my goodness, the comments and DMs did not stop yesterday. The dental one especially. Clearly I'm not the only one who was told one thing for years and then had it all flipped on its head.

Preventative testing. Why I think it is dangerous for the holistic world to demonize all testing (especially when 90% or more of people - crunchy folk included - are not living a preventative lifestyle). Some alternatives & why they may or may not make sense for you.
Dental health. This is the one everyone lost it over. Our cavity wake up call, what I learned about fluoride and remineralizing, and the mouth breathing piece nobody talks about (and how we fixed it). I also answer the question of "what do you use for dental care" - which is the one I got probably 150 times yesterday on instagram.
Hair. Why the "you have to be able to eat your hair care" statement is silly & my personal journey of non toxic - to drugstore & then back. Why hair loss isn't just products & what can actually be helpful.
The through line on all three is the same thing I always come back to: it's never just one thing, and critical thinking beats blindly following the rules every time.
ALSO - I don't want to be anyone's "guru".....I truly want to have discussions & empower you to do what feels right for you!
